Residential Building Process
Step 1: Introductory Meeting
Let’s get to know each other. The first step to beginning the process with Centermark is to meet with the President, Brad Bauman, to align your vision with our process. This is a great opportunity to ask any questions you might have.
Step 3: Bidding Process
Once your project plans are finalized and approved by you, we get to work on the bidding process. Our highest priority is working to stay within your budget for how your project is designed. We’ll work to capture all of your needs and as many of your wants as possible.
Step 5: Design Selection
Now that the contract is signed, the fun part begins...choosing all of the interior and exterior design elements. If you choose, you can work with our designer as little or as much as you’d like.
Step 7: Final Walk-through
Once your project is complete, Brad will conduct a final walk-through. During this time, you will learn the ins and outs and be able to ask any final questions.
Step 2: Plan Design
The Plan Design meeting is when we go over all details for your future project. We ask that you bring any and all ideas to the table. Centermark’s website, Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest are great platforms to pull from for inspiration. We work with our architect to draw and design your project from the ground up, taking your ideas and needs to develop a first draft. From there, revisions will be made to ensure that your project is exactly how you envision it.
Step 4: Bid Review & Contract
Once your bid is complete and ready for presentation, Brad will meet with you and explain each line item. One final step before the building process is to sign the contract. This ensures that you, the client, are comfortable with project costs and would like to move forward.
Step 6: The Building Process
While you’re busy with design elements, we will get to work on building your home. It’s our job to communicate and manage all vendors, simplifying the process for you, only having to interface with Centermark Construction.
Step 8: Collect your keys and Move-in
Your new, beautiful home is complete and your house keys are turned over to you! Now the fun part of moving in and creating memories can begin. We hope you enjoy every detail of your home and if you need anything, we are always a call away.
