Journeyman Carpenter specializing in Trim Work

Responsibilities:

• Read blueprints or building plans to prepare project layout and determine dimensions and materials required

• Responsible for all carpentry stages of the building process to include but not limited to, framing (walls, trusses) window install

• Install doors, staircases and molding

• Carpentry Finish work to include but not limited to, door install, trim and base install

• Install James Hardie product

• Able to instruct and work efficiently with crew or work independently

• Clean, maintain, and store tools and equipment properly

Requirements:

• Drug free at all times

• High standard of integrity and professionalism

• Trim Finish experience a plus

• Experience working with equipment such as: skid steer, lull, etc.

• 10+ years of experience as a Journeyman Carpenter

• Eagerness and willingness to learn and receive instruction/direction

• Pass background check

• Must have valid ID and transportation

• Fully loaded toolbelt

• Ability to adapt with different job sites and clients

General Laborer 

​

Seeking an individual who can assist in day-to-day operations on residential and commercial construction jobsites.

​

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of proper use of equipment, materials and supplies used on commercial construction projects

• Ability to work independently and complete daily activities according to work schedule

• Must have a valid, non-restrictive driver’s license

• Previous experience working in the construction industry

• Ability to listen well and follow instructions closely

​

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a clean job site- pick up tools and equipment and secure job site each day in order to eliminate potential hazards

• Pick-up, loading and delivering materials to jobsite

• Set up and take down ladders, scaffolding and other temporary structures

• Load/unload trucks and haul/hoist materials

• Move equipment to and from job sites

• Other tasks, as assigned

*Class C Driver’s License a plus.
