Administrative Assistant

 

Centermark Construction is seeking Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you’ll organize and oversee administrative and clerical functions to ensure our operations run as efficiently as possible. This position is part-time with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position. 

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Ordering of office supplies

  • Receive, organize, and store deliveries

  • Prepare bid binders for clients

  • Make bank deposits

  • Print blueprints

  • Handle filing, generating reports and setting up meetings

  • Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets

  • Run errands as needed

 

Qualifications / Skills

 

  • Knowledge of Quickbooks, Excel and Google Docs

  • Attention to Detail

  • Excellent Communication Skills via email and in-person

  • Positive Attitude

  • Strong time management

  • Reliable transportation

  • Confidentiality 

 

Experience Requirements

 

  • Prior Administrative Experience
